Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response Update

As concern over the spread of COVID-19 increases, guidance from state and local health officials continues to evolve.  As a necessary health precaution, beginning Tuesday, March 24th, our lobbies will be closed; however, members may make advance appointments by phone at (804) 649-2957 if you need to meet with a member service or loan department representative.  Our drive-thru windows and ATMs remain open.

As a reminder, you may also contact our Member Service Representatives and Loan Officers by phone and email or use our automated phone system, home banking, and mobile banking services to conduct transactions.

For everyone’s safety, we are increasing the frequency of cleaning in high-touch areas of our branches and offices, and we have hand sanitizer available for use in branches. Employees have been encouraged to keep themselves safe by frequently washing their hands and staying home if they are sick or have symptoms. We are also eliminating non-essential visits and meetings with outside vendors and limiting gatherings to no more than 10 people.

We will communicate any additional changes that may further impact service or operating hours to you in advance.  Your health and safety, as well as financial well-being, are a priority.

A $15. Convenience fee will be automatically added to your payment amount. Your maximum total payment amount (including the $15 convenience fee) cannot exceed $800. Payments initiated and approved by 3:00pm will be applied to your loan on the same business day. Payments initiated and approved after 3:00pm, or on a day that the credit union is closed (weekends and holidays), will be applied on the next business day. If you have a PFFCU debit card, please log into home banking to make your loan payment.

Excludes mortgages and home equity lines of credit. A $25 fee is due at set-up for each loan. Loan must have been open for at least 6 months. Past due accounts do not qualify. One skip-a-pay allowed per calendar year (Jan-Dec).
